Our Therapeutic Approach
Stillpoint offers depth-oriented psychotherapy for people who are tired of living only at the surface of their lives.
Most arrive not due to a single event, but rather a build-up of what has been carried across time and family lines. This could be roles that you didn't consciously choose, emotional patterns that repeat quietly, or survival skills that once made sense but are now out of place.
Many of our clients are navigating identity transitions, relational strain, and inherited roles shaped by family and culture. Anger is often part of this work: sometimes buried, turned inward, or felt only as exhaustion. We move gently toward what it has been holding.
Therapy with us is slow, steady, and relational. We listen closely for what is ready to surface and respect what is not. We are interested in how meaning is formed, and how it begins to shift when old patterns are met with steady attention instead of urgency.
Care Coordination (TCM) supports individuals as they move through significant life changes, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support.
FEE STRUCTURE
Stillpoint is an approved provider through M&S EAP. Cigna is accepted for individual, couples, and family counseling sessions. Otherwise, we are currently self-pay for all services.
We are in the process of credentialing with Medicaid and commercial plans for individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Community Support Spots
Limited in availability, these reduced-fee spots are reserved for individuals and families navigating acute grief, recent loss, or financial barriers to receiving care. These sessions are typically for short-term counseling (typically 6-10 sessions) consisting of structured, goal-oriented support. Sliding scale is available based on need, beginning at $55 per session.
